Importance to manage  stress at your work

The first step in managing stress is finding its cause. Once you have that information in hand, you can look for ways to reduce it. For example, you could end a co-worker relationship that brings you more stress than joy, or delegate some tasks to your colleagues.

Anxiety can come for example, when we prepared for that big presentation at work. It is tuff isn't it? i that case  if not well controlled, this level of stress leads to negative effects on the presentation and in the long run in our health state.

                                                              Stress management techniques

Stress management techniques are tools used in order to face stress or trauma.

For example

Breathing and Mindfulness for example stress management Breathing techniques

A larger volume of air in the lungs delivers extra oxygen to your body and brain, which increases the release of feel-good chemicals called endorphins and lowers levels of epinephrine, a stress hormone.

When your day is loaded with tasks, fear, pressure, you need to try to center your mind and become more anchored in the present moment. Above of all mindfulness techniques can help you do just that. But by practicing this skill for a few minutes each day, over time you’ll find it easier to calm your racing mind and even more, make your worries take a back seat.
